Guerrero, Playing for Albuquerque, Gets Single in 3-0 Win Over Tucson

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Dodger Pedro Guerrero singled and struck out twice Sunday playing for his former team, the triple-A Albuquerque Dukes.
Guerrero, who has not played with the Dodgers for 49 days because of chronic soreness in his neck, is in Albuquerque on got rehabilitation assignment. He played first base, giving way to a pinch runner after his single.
The Dukes beat the Tucson Toros, 3-0.
Guerrero, after hitting a two-run home run in his debut on Saturday, said he felt much better but still has pain.
“When I feel I am ready to play, I will let the Dodgers know,” Guerrero said.
