I enjoyed your recent articles about availability and prices of homes in Orange County. However, you omitted or downplayed in your coverage a very important part of the housing in this county--mobile homes.
Mobile homes, for many people (not those living in one like I am) have a bad, but very incorrect image. They are reasonably priced. In my park there is a beautiful home available for $20,000. It’s as nice as any apartment.
