Maxicare Health Plans has elected Thomas A. Zimmerman and William R. Palmer to the board. Zimmerman also was named executive vice president-finance and administration and chief financial officer. Zimmerman previously was vice president-finance for the Motion Picture Group of MCA. Palmer retired from Dart & Kraft in 1984, where he was most recently vice president-auditing.
Maxicare also named Richard A. Link senior vice president-accounting and Tobi E. Nyberg vice president-corporate communications.
