In response to Michael Parks’ article “Conservatives Could Roll Back Soviet Reform Drive, Sakharov Warns,” Part I, Sept. 10:
Isn’t it ironic that even in Communist Russia the conservatives oppose progressive movements to improve their society? What an embarrassment this must be to the conservatives in this country!
