Even as Mikhail Gorbachev tours the Big Apple todayW, Kathleen Sullivan of “CBS This Morning” is heading for Cuba to prepare for reports from there on Thursday. On Friday, when Gorbachev flies to Cuba to meet with Fidel Castro, “Morning” co-anchor Harry Smith also will be there with Sullivan; their entire two-hour program will originate from that island nation.
