A fourth man convicted of raping a woman in Balboa Park last summer was sentenced to seven years in state prison Wednesday.
Three other men had received the same sentence as Michael DeLeon, 20. All four were undocumented aliens.
The rape of the 22-year-old Santee woman occurred at 6:30 a.m. Aug. 22.
San Diego Municipal Judge Robert Stahl also imposed a $100 fine on DeLeon, as he did on the three others. They are Gabriel Gutierrez, 22; Jose DeJesus Hernandez Leyva, 24, and Manuel Ponce Renteria, 20. Three others accused in the case are juveniles and have been prosecuted in Juvenile Court.
The adults pleaded guilty to performing a rape in concert.
