Construction has begun on a $20-million facility in Gardena for the American headquarters of Clarion Corp. Of America, manufacturer of audio equipment for carts and motorcycles.
Charles Pankow Builders is construction the 47,000-square-foot office building and 88,000-square-foot manufacturing/production facility at 661 W. Redondo Beach Blvd.
