Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford are heading for Los Angeles to do their daytime TV show, “Live With Regis & Kathie Lee,” for a week starting Feb. 19. The L.A. stay will be the first time Philbin and his New York-based show have broadcast from the West Coast on an extended basis. Before he moved to New York in 1983, Philbin hosted “A.M. Los Angeles.”
