Kenneth A. Francis has been named executive vice president of McDonnell Douglas Space Systems Co. and general manager of its Huntington Beach facility. During his 34 years with McDonnell Douglas, Francis has held positions at Space Systems Co., McDonnell Douglas headquarters in St. Louis and at Douglas Aircraft Co. in Long Beach.
