Midway Makes Offer: Midway Airlines Inc. said it has offered to buy some Eastern Airlines assets for $200 million. Under the plan, Chicago-based Midway would buy Eastern’s terminal and cargo facility at Philadelphia International Airport, some passenger-handling facilities at Boston’s Logan International Airport, Eastern’s rights to two Canadian routes--Philadelphia-Toronto and Philadelphia-Montreal--and some Douglas DC-9-31 aircraft.
