A man was wounded in the arm in a drive-by shooting shortly after 6 p.m. Monday in Logan Heights, police said.
Sgt. Timothy Smith said the unidentified victim was walking near the intersection of Ocean View Boulevard and Sampson Street when a green Cadillac carrying two men drove by. One of the occupants opened fire, hitting the victim, Smith said.
