2 County Residents Win in ‘Big Spin’

Two Orange County residents were among the 14 winners of the state lottery’s “Big Spin” contest held Saturday.
Rhonda Johns, 21, a Buena Park nursing assistant, won $50,000 and Darryl Chamberlain, 40, a La Habra data processor, won $30,000.
The two biggest winners Saturday were Stephen Jacobson, 26, of La Mesa, and Kenneth Hildreth, 47, of Yuba City. Each won $1 million.
