West Hollywood : Tax Consultant Hired

The City Council approved an agreement Monday night with consultant Ralph Andersen & Associates to help the city adopt a business license tax.
The Sacramento-based firm will work with city staff until early 1990 to prepare the framework and rate structure for the levy, publicize the proposal and talk with business owners.
Last month the council unanimously approved the $24,530 consultants fee.
