The video series “Equal Justice Under the Law” has been donated to the Inglewood Public Library by the Commission on the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution, under the chairmanship of Warren E. Burger, retired chief justice of the United States.
The four VHS videocassettes dramatize the major Supreme Court decisions of Chief Justice John Marshall, who served 1801-1835. These decisions defined the role of the federal judiciary under the new Constitution.
The four videocassettes and others are available for borrowing in the audiovisual area on the third floor of the main Inglewood Library, 101 W. Manchester Blvd., open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
