The network news anchors are packing their bags for another trip overseas. CBS and NBC earlier announced that their main men, Dan Rather and Tom Brokaw, would be in Europe next week where there’s lots taking place: President Bush’s trip to Eastern Europe, the Paris economic summit and the French Revolution’s bicentennial celebration. On Wednesday, ABC said Peter Jennings also will be reporting first-hand on President Bush’s European visit.
