McCaw Reviewing Offer for Lin: Kirklin, Wash.-based McCaw Cellular Communications said it expects to decide by early next week whether it will change its $120-a-share, or $5.8-billion, offer for Lin Broadcasting, which owns 35% of Los Angeles Cellular Telephone. McCaw, which extended its tender offer until July 20, decided last week to review its bid for the New York-based cellular telephone and broadcasting concern in consideration of an unfavorable court decision.
