Plexus Computers to Sell Technology to Recognition

SAN FRANCISCO — Recognition Equipment Inc. and Plexus Computers Inc. said they signed a letter of intent for Recognition to acquire Plexus’ image-processing software technology.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
