A 15,787-square-foot office building at 11650 Riverside Drive in North Hollywood has been purchased for $2.05 million by the law firm of Rosato & Samuels.
The Studio City office of Zugsmith handled all negotiations for Hollywood West XIV Partners and the new owners, who will occupy one-third of the North Hollywood property.
