Vietnam Cracking Down on ‘Depraved’ Videos

BANGKOK, Thailand — Vietnam has slapped a ban on rock videos and movie videotapes with “reactionary and depraved” contents, according to a Vietnam News Agency report, monitored Sunday in Bangkok.
The ban makes it illegal to import, export or circulate such material. The report did not specify what constituted “reactionary and depraved” contents.
