Commercial Scene : Helene Curtis to Expand Into Second Industry Plant

Helene Curtis Inc. has bought a 150,000-square-foot distribution facility in City of Industry for about $6.9 million from Los Angeles-based United California Bank Realty Corp.
The maker of hair-care products already owns a building next door and will use the new structure--at 19101 Walnut Drive North--to expand its distribution and warehouse space.
The Seeley Co. represented both parties in the transaction.
