Commercial Scene : Union Oil to Locate in Puente Hills Park

Union Oil Co. has signed a 10-year lease valued at more than $4.6 million for 21,851 square feet of office space in Puente Hills Business Park III, 17700 Castleton St., City of Industry.
The space will serve as headquarters for the energy conglomerate’s southern division marketing staff. WESTMAC represented the tenant and the lessor, Arnel Development, represented itself.
