Commercial Scene : Pasadena Doubletree to Open in September

The new Pasadena Doubletree Hotel, scheduled to open in September, is part of a large development of Maguire Thomas Partners, adjacent to the Pasadena’s City Hall, to be known as Plaza Las Fuentes or Plaza of the Fountains.
The 12-story, 360-guest hotel occupies 280,000 square feet of a 6.5-acre site at Walnut Street and Los Robles avenues.
The Pasadena location is the eighth California location for the Phoenix-based national hotel chain.
