How’s That Again?: Switzerland’s main accident insurance group called Tuesday for legal limits on noise levels at rock concerts to protect fans from ear damage. In the absence of statutory noise limits, concert organizers should give away earplugs with tickets, the Swiss Accident Insurance Agency said. The proposal that noise levels should not be higher than 100 decibels drew an angry reaction from concert organizers, who said such measures would prompt rock stars to bypass Switzerland.
