Coors, Stroh Discuss Partnership: Adolph Coors Co., the nation’s No. 4 brewing company, is holding discussions with the Stroh Brewing Co., the No. 3 beer maker, that could lead to Coors becoming a minority partner, company officials said. Details of the discussions were unavailable, but Robert Klugman, Coors vice president of development, said the talks were preliminary. Stroh said in a statement that the discussions are part of an effort it launched in February to explore partnership opportunities.
