Nursing Home Sale: Beverly Enterprises has agreed to sell its 45 Michigan-based nursing home operations to a group of buyers for about $106.7 million. The sale is part of the Pasadena firm’s plan to sell 370 nursing homes. About $44.3 million of the proceeds will go to the Pasadena-based Nationwide Health Properties, which owned 24 of the Michigan properties leased by Beverly.
