The nationwide accounting and consulting firm BDO Seidman has named Gary M. Wetstein, 51, as its new chairman and CEO, effective Oct. 1, 1990. He will succeed John D. Abernathy who will complete his second term as chairman. Wetstein has served as the regional managing partner of the Midwest region.
