1 Dies in Rafting Accident

THIENSVILLE, Wis. — A man drowned and a second was missing and presumed dead after their raft went over a dam on a stretch of the Milwaukee River marked as dangerous, police said Sunday. The two went over the dam Saturday evening and got in trouble in the rapids below it, authorities said.
