* M/A-COM has signed a definitive agreement to sell its San Diego-based Government Systems Division to a group of the division’s current and former managers for about $70 million.
The division, a manufacturer of telecommunications products, accounted for about 15% of M/A-COM’s $424.2 million in sales last year.
