Laguna Hills : Alligator Owner to Hold Fund-Raiser Saturday
- Share via
A Laguna Hills man cited in May for having two alligators living in his yard without a permit has started a foundation to help homeless and disabled veterans in Orange County.
Nick Amodio is holding a fund-raiser at his house Saturday night; the hosts will be sibling 5-year-old alligators Bonnie and Clyde. Amodio owns about a quarter-acre that he has turned into a haven for a variety of animals, including birds and fish.
Money raised will benefit the MASH Foundation, a group that Amodio started last month. For information, call (714) 768-1712.
