Phase II of Brinderson Towers, a $176-million project in Irvine, was topped out earlier this month. When completed next year, the 13-story tower will be connected by a concourse level to the 15-story Tower I, which was finished in 1987. Designed by Albert C. Martin & Associates, the project features six-story glass cutaways at the base of each tower. The first building is 90% leased, while the second is 22% pre-leased to the law firm of Morrison & Foerster.
