NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Newport Pharmaceuticals International Inc. said today its America’s Pharmacy Inc. subsidiary will acquire Delivered Pharmacy Services, a unit of Lincoln National Administrative Services Corp., which is a provider of mail-service prescription drug plans.
The price will be $900,000 plus future performance payments based on sales generated by the Lincoln National marketing group, Newport said.
