Svetla Dimitrova of Bulgaria, who recently set the junior world record in the heptathlon, tested positive for an undisclosed substance, officials in Sofia said.
After scoring 6,534 points in a meet last July in the Netherlands, Dimitrova tested positive. Her result will be declared invalid.
