Sakharov to Attend Nobel Laureates Forum in Japan

TOKYO — Nobel Prize-winning Soviet scientist Andrei Sakharov will make his first visit to Japan in October to attend the second Nobel Laureates Forum, the Yomiuri Shimbun announced Friday.
The paper, sponsor of the forum, said Sakharov will be accompanied by his wife, Yelena Bonner.
