The Laguna Art Museum and the Newport Harbor Art Museum have received grants of $10,046 and $5,980 respectively from the Institute of Museum Services to support conservation of their permanent collections. The Laguna plans to use the funds to determine which artworks most need attention or repair; the Newport Harbor intends to apply its subsidy toward its works on paper.
