J. Nicholas (Nicky) Nadeau, 66, creator associated with Sid & Marty Krofft Productions for 25 years. His innovative designs for the programs “H. R. Pufnstuff,” “Lidsville” and “The Bugaloos” helped revolutionize children’s television. He also helped stage specials for Donny and Marie Osmond, Raquel Welch and Irlene Mandrell.
