A farm labor van collided with a car at a rural intersection near Dinuba, southeast of Fresno, killing one man and injuring 11 others, the California Highway Patrol said. The CHP said the van driver, who was not immediately identified, was killed when the vehicle careened into a power pole. Nine passengers in the van and two people in the car suffered injuries and were taken to hospitals. Two van passengers were reported in critical condition.
