Carolco Pictures Inc.: The diversified entertainment company said third-quarter profit totaled $5.1 million, up 16% from a year ago. Revenue increased 65% to $36.1 million on the strength of its theatrical release of “Johnny Handsome” and the foreign release of “Lock-Up.” Revenue for the same period in 1988 was primarily from the video availability of “Rambo III,” the Los Angeles firm said.
