Federal Express Union Vote Upheld: The National Mediation Board upheld the results of the Oct. 26 union organization vote at Federal Express in which the airline’s 2,000 pilots rejected the Air Line Pilots Assn. The NMB took its action after ALPA withdrew a motion to appeal the election results. ALPA had no comment on the situation.
