Thrift Shop Benefits 2 San Pedro Groups

The Beacon House Assn. and the YWCA of the Harbor Area have joined together to operate a thrift shop, which will benefit both groups. The B-Y’SE Thrift Shop is located on the main level of the YWCA building, at 437 W. 9th St., San Pedro, and is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Beacon House Assn. is an alcoholic recovery center, on Beacon and 10th Street, serving more than 80 men. For more information, call 547-2332.
