85 Rescued in Java Sea

JAKARTA, Indonesia — Sea police and four passing vessels managed to rescue all 85 people from a ship that capsized and sank in the stormy Java Sea, Antara news agency reported Sunday.
The motorized ship Batang Jaya, licensed to carry only 25 passengers, capsized early Friday in 10-foot seas near Jaga Island north of Jakarta.
