Chris Washburn, banned from the NBA for life for drug use, said he introduced Charles Shackleford to one of the two men who gave the former North Carolina State basketball star money while he still was in school.
Washburn also said he had no knowledge of point-shaving, allegations of which are being investigated by North Carolina officials.
