Gateway Title of Burbank to Acquire 7 New Offices

Gateway Title Co. of Burbank said it has agreed to acquire seven Northern California offices of American Title Insurance Co., which is based in Miami. The deal must be approved by the California Department of Insurance, and terms were not disclosed.
Gateway now has seven offices in Southern California.
