TEXAS HO! John Wayne is headed for Texas--again. . . . The 9-foot statue of the Duke, in front of the airport that bears his name, is coming off its pedestal Friday for refurbishing before moving to the lobby of the new terminal. The bronze is headed for Dublin, Tex., to the Hoka Hey Foundry, which did the original casting. . . . And how will Wayne hit the trail? In a trailer.
