After Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Lomita) and his friend Sen. Jesse Helms (R-N.C.) save us taxpayers from subsidizing obscene and indecent art, can we expect them to attack the much larger and even more obscene and indecent tobacco subsidies with the same fervor?
