Ives New Actors’ Equity Director: George Ives will replace Edward Weston as Actors’ Equity’s western regional director. Ives is no stranger to the stage actors’ union’s Los Angeles operations--he has been on the staff since 1968 and is currently senior business representative. He takes over the office Sept. 1.
