A series of fiery explosions rocked a Marine Corps maintenance facility, sending plumes of smoke 200 feet into the desert sky, officials and witnesses said. “We know there was an explosion to a warehouse and we know there were no injuries or casualties,” said Sgt. Bill Bokholt, public affairs deputy for the Marine Corps Logistics Base. The explosions sparked a massive fire at a warehouse on the Yermo Annex, which took 90 minutes to control, Bokholt said.
