Rail Strike in Argentina

BUENOS AIRES — Argentine train drivers, in a tug-of-war with the Peronist government, Tuesday crippled most of the nation’s railway services with a nationwide strike.
Reacting to the second railway stoppage in a week, the government fired 70 employees of the state-owned railway company and issued warnings to 12,300 others.
