Irvine Oaks Executive Park is a one- and two-story office and retail project being built in the Irvine Spectrum business center. Construction has been completed on Phase I, which has 11 office buildings and the Oaks Pavilion, a 10,000-square-foot retail center with restaurants, a dry cleaner and other services. When completed in three phases, the complex will have 20 buildings, ranging in size from 6,250 square feet to 40,325 square feet.
