In Linda Stewart’s March 25 story, “Spring Full of Delights in Amalfi,” H. G. Wells’ wife was incorrectly called Rebecca. His wife’s name was Jane; Wells never married Rebecca West.
And Michael Balter’s April 22 story, “Rye Once Was Haven for Writers,” wrongly referred to author E. F. Benson as E. F. Fenson.
