Feinstein to Campaign in Oxnard, Ventura

Democratic gubernatorial nominee Dianne Feinstein is scheduled to visit Ventura County Monday evening, first to attend a fund-raiser in Oxnard and then deliver a keynote address to a labor group meeting in Ventura.
Feinstein, who is running for governor against Republican nominee Pete Wilson, will stop in Ventura County on a daylong campaign swing that begins Monday morning with a press conference in Santa Barbara to discuss offshore oil drilling.
Feinstein will attend a fund-raising reception between 5 and 7 p.m. at the Tower Club in Oxnard, sponsored by a group of the area’s Democratic lawyers and doctors.
At 7 p.m., the former San Francisco mayor is scheduled to deliver the keynote address to the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor at the Harbortown Marina Resort in Ventura.
